Terms & Conditions
By purchasing from AG Rust you agree to the terms below.
1. Digital goods
All purchases made within the AG Rust Discord server or through our official store are classified as digital goods. Under Australian Consumer Law, digital goods are non-refundable for change of mind. Faulty or undelivered products will be repaired, replaced, or refunded as required by law.
2. Delivery & account binding
Purchased benefits are linked exclusively to the Discord account used at checkout and are delivered automatically (typically within seconds, and always within 24 hours of successful payment). Benefits are non-transferable and cannot be moved to another account.
3. Membership dependency
If a user leaves, is banned, or is otherwise removed from the AG Rust Discord server, all purchased benefits are forfeited. Rejoining the server does not restore previously purchased items - they must be repurchased.
4. Subscriptions
Subscription products bill monthly until cancelled. If a renewal payment fails, the associated role or benefit is removed automatically and is restored automatically if payment later succeeds. You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
5. Chargebacks & disputes
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback instead of contacting support will result in immediate removal from the AG Rust Discord server, a permanent ban from future purchases, and notification to the payment processor. Purchased benefits are automatically revoked when a refund or chargeback is processed.
6. Our commitments
We guarantee that products match their descriptions, are delivered within a reasonable timeframe, and that faulty items will be fixed or replaced in line with Australian Consumer Law.
7. Changes to services & pricing
AG Rust reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any digital goods, services, or pricing at any time without prior notice. Changes do not affect benefits already delivered.
8. GST
Listed prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). For customers with an Australian billing address, 10% GST is added at checkout and itemised on your receipt. Purchases from outside Australia are GST-free exports and pay the listed price only.
9. Support
For any issue, question, or complaint - including anything you might otherwise dispute - please open a support ticket in the AG Rust Discord server first. We aim to resolve every issue quickly and fairly.
These terms are provided in good faith and do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
