AG Rust Terms & Conditions

1. Non-Refundable Policy for Digital Goods

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), all purchases made within the AG Rust Discord server or through our

official store (www.agrust.com) are classified as digital goods.

By purchasing these goods, you acknowledge and agree that:

Digital goods are non-tangible and delivered instantly. No refunds, charge backs, or reversals will be provided once the digital item is delivered. Under Australian Consumer Law, refunds are not required for a change of mind. However,

if the digital product is faulty, not delivered as described, or is unfit for its intended purpose, we will work with you to

rectify the issue or provide a suitable replacement in compliance with ACL.

2. Purchase Delivery & Account Association

Upon completion of payment, the purchased items, ranks, or benefits will be linked exclusively to your Discord account. These benefits are non-transferable and will remain active as long as you maintain membership in the AG Rust Discord community.

If your purchase includes in-game perks, they will be added to your account within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Any server downtime or bot issues that delay delivery will be addressed as soon as possible.


3. Leaving or Being Removed from Discord

If a user leaves, is banned,Put in agrust console server prison or is removed from the AG Rust Discord server or agrust console server for any reason: All purchased benefits, including VIP ranks, in-game perks, and Discord roles, will be forfeited. Rejoining the server does not restore previously purchased items. Users will be required to repurchase any lost items or benefits upon re-entry. Since the purchase is tied to server membership, leaving the server is considered voluntary forfeiture of purchased goods.


4. Dispute & Chargeback Policy

Any attempt to initiate a charge back, payment dispute, or fraudulent claim

will result in:

🚫Immediate removal from the server

🚫Permanent ban from future purchases

🚫Notification to payment processors for fraudulent activity

If you experience an issue with your purchase,

contact us via a Discord ticket before filing a dispute

so we can resolve the matter in accordance with ACL.


5. Consumer Guarantees & Your Rights Under ACL

AG Rust

complies with Australian Consumer Law

and provides the following assurances for all digital goods:

✔️ The digital product will match the description provided at the time of purchase.

✔️ The product will be delivered in a

reasonable timeframe (typically instant to 24 hours).

✔️ If a product is not delivered as described or is faulty, you are entitled to a replacement or a fix

.

If you believe your purchase does not meet these guarantees,

create a ticket in #support, and we will work to resolve your concern.


6. Changes & Updates

AG Rust reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any digital goods, services, or pricing

at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our services, you agree to comply with these updated terms.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
